We provide comprehensive urgent care in one location. Staffed by physicians who have immediate access to onsite specialists, radiology and two laboratories, our location is the ideal choice for most non-life-threatening medical conditions. 

For your safety, we screen all patients prior to scheduling an in-person appointment.

The seriousness and nature of your illness or injury determines where you should seek care. If you are concerned that you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

Please indicate whether either of the following apply to the patient:

  1. Current respiratory symptoms (example: fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, or any other new respiratory symptom).
  2. Received a positive COVID test within the past 14 days or has had close contact to a person diagnosed with COVID-19.

To be seen earlier than the soonest available online appointment, please call the Urgent Care Center directly.
Walk-ins are accepted, but you may wait longer than if you schedule an appointment ahead of time. Appointments are often available within the hour.
For pediatric after-hours care, call our Pediatric Advice Nurses at (925) 296-9001.

When To Visit Our Urgent Care Centers

The seriousness and nature of your illness or injury determines where you should seek care. While Urgent Care can handle most of the problems people come in with, some patients may end up being transferred to the Emergency Room if the clinician suspects or realizes that their symptoms may be due to a life-threatening cause or that the patient would be best cared for in the Emergency Room. Other problems may warrant a referral to specialists or back to your primary care problem as well.

Use URGENT CARE SERVICES if you have mild to moderate symptoms
  • Joint and muscle pain
  • Rash
  • Abdominal pain (mild to moderate)
  • Urination concerns
  • Headache (mild to moderate)
  • Minor cuts
  • Ear pain
  • Sore throat and sinus pain
  • Cough and fever
Go directly to an EMERGENCY ROOM if you have severe conditions
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Unconsciousness
  • Severe bleeding
  • Poisoning or suspected poisoning
  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Moderate to severe burns
  • Convulsions or seizures
  • Serious head, neck, or back injury
  • Loss of limb or obvious broken bone
  • Severe abdominal pain (fever or vomiting)

For your convenience, we offer a wide variety of payment options, including:

Health Insurance
We accept most health insurance plans. View our complete list of plans. Depending on your health insurance plan details, your plan may not cover part or all of your treatment costs. Please contact your health insurance plan for questions about what’s covered and how much your co-pay amount will be. Please note that we collect Urgent Care co-pay amounts at the time of service.

Self-Pay
If you’re planning to pay for your visit yourself, the office staff will collect the full amount due at the time of your appointment. We offer several convenient ways to pay for your visit, including:
